Harper is so cute! It's also cool hearing her siblings cheering her in the background. ^_^
We do the baby sign language, too. It totally works! By Vee's first birthday she had at least 10 to 15 words she would sign. Not all of them "practical," but some were. Others were just because SHE wanted to know them - like 'light' (her first signed and vocalized word) and 'bird.' Now, not quite two, she's learning words so quickly I've totally lost count.
